It takes a lot of work and cooperation to have a successful church
dinner. Every job is important. If you are not able to work,
PLEASE try to get someone to take your place. You are
very important!! Your help is greatly needed and
appreciated. If we have overlooked anyone,
we're sorry. Please call or come in--
We'll surely find a job
for you!!
THANK YOU

As usual, there will be no cleanup committee this year. Everyone is responsible for their station. Some helpful facts to insure another successful fall dinner:

1. Monthly Circle Chairwomen and Co-Chairwomen should have their soliciting done at least 3 weeks before dinner. A week before the dinner, contact each person on your circle to make sure they are bringing their food so we have enough.

2. The Circle Chairwomen, when soliciting pie, should have ask only those they are sure will bring HOMEMADE PIE AND CAKES (angel food cakes). If you are asked to bring pies or cakes and cannot bring homemade, please tell you chairwomen, or have someone make them for you.

3. The first name listed on any committee on the worksheet is the chairwomen. Call some or all of your workers to make sure you have enough.

4. The Fall Dinner Chairwomen should call and confirm that all Committee Chairwomen will accept that position.

5. Anyone that has extra plastic or aluminum containers-please bring them for leftovers.
Table Chairwomen are responsible for obtaining centerpieces and decorating tables. They are also in charge of the waitresses. Be sure and call some on your shift to make sure you have enough help. Please make sure dishes are not removed until the people get up from their table.

7. Ladies peeling potatoes should bring their own paring knife or peeler, Younger women are asked to do the lifting of the pans.

8. The Country Store Committee must set up and oversee their tables. Also, bring pencils, masking tape, sacks, etc. (The Country Store should be food items only.)

The Raffle Committee should bring pencils. All young girls of the parish are invited to help come and clear tables or be waitresses. They are always a great help to us.
