Prayer for Vocations: O Holy Spirit, Spirit of Wisdom and divine love, impart your knowledge, understanding, and counsel to youth that they may know the vocation wherein they can best serve God. Give them courage and strength to follow God's holy will. Guide their uncertain steps, strengthen their resolutions, shield their chastity, fashion their minds, conquer their hearts, and lead them to the vineyards where they will labor in God's holy service. Amen.

• Choose Pre-College Application Form if you are a high school graduate/college student and applying for seminary.
• Print this form, fill it up and submit it when you take your entrance exams.

How to apply:
1. The first phase is the Entrance Examination which is open every Saturday (January to March) from 8:00am to 12nn. A fee of Php150.00 is required. The entrance examination includes IQ and Psychological tests, questions on basic subjects like English, Math, Science and Social Studies.
2. When the applicant passes the first phase he will be notified by phone or by mail and will be asked to bring the following documents: recommendation from the parish priest and school principal. He will then move on to the second phase which is the three day live-in seminar at the seminary and interviews to be made by the seminary priests.
3. Those who successfully passed the second phase will be eligible to enrol and will be notified by mail or by phone. The list of successful applicants shall be published on this website address: www.m-a-s.org and at the seminary bulletin board.

• Letter of Admission coming from the Rector
• Report Card (Form 138)/Permanent Record (Form 137)
• Recommendation Letters of his Parish Priest and Principal
• Baptismal Certificate
• Certificate of Confirmation
• Parents’ Marriage Contract
• Birth Certificate
• Medical Certificate
• 3 pcs. of 2x2 Pictures

For High School New Comers:

Uniform:
Polo
- Brown (Monday)
- Blue (Tuesday)
- 4 White (Wednesday & Thursday)
- Casual (Friday)
- Long sleeves with black necktie (formal attire for big affairs)
- plain white t-shirt/inside shirts (at least 14 and the sleeves should not exceed that of the sleeves of polo)
