HOLY FAMILY CATHEDRAL PARISH, KUWAIT CITY |

1. The Holy Season of Advent will begin on the 29th of November. During this sacred time, please try to go for confession, to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
2. On every Sunday the 7.45 p.m. English Mass will be always in the Big Hall, the Sacred Heart Hall.
3. In the Resource Centre, the Church Shop, you can find religious Christmas cards, Bibles, Rosaries and spiritual books.
4. Thanks and Congratulations to all who were a part of the Liturgy Unity Congress.
5. Every day the Adoration Chapel is opened for silent prayer from 6.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. Kindly try to read the Bible and recite the Rosary daily.

| ST. THERESE OF THE CHILD JESUS PARISH, SALMIYA |
1. We will recite our week long Rosary for Priests and Vocations, starting form Saturday November 21 to 27, 2009.
2. The Golden Jubilee Celebrations of the Salmiya Catholic Community were sacred and solemn and much appreciated by all the parishioners. We need to gratefully acknowledge the hard work and personal involvement of the very many people who contributed in a big way to the success of the various events; like the Holy Mass, animated by the Legion of Mary; the Jubilee Concert, organized by the Salmiya Parish Youth; and the Golden Jubilee Souvenier compiled by a team representing the various groups in the Parish. The generous financial contributions from our Parishioners, amounted to KD.5,259/- which besides meeting the expenses of the Souvenier and other celebrations, has also enabled us to provide assistance to fifty needy and deserving people.
3. Our Catechism children through ther personal sacrifices, raised a sum of KD.520/-, which has been sent to a Parish in Sri Lanka, for the educational needs of children who have been displaced after the war. May God bless the generosity of our children.
4. The Parish is now ready to accept bookings for Masses for the year 2010 from November 20, 2009 in the office.
5. The Library will be opened for children for borrowing books on Fridays, from 8.00 to 8.30 a.m.
