This is in response to the so-called "Catholics for a Free Choice" decision to distribute condoms at World Youth Day.
Death of a person by AIDS is tragic. The death of a person in the state of mortal sin, resulting in banishment to the eternal stress and misery of fiery hell, is beyond human comprehension and more tragic than all the AIDS-related deaths combined.
Catholics are followers of Christ, who is pure spirit, without sin, and the Way through the narrow gates of Heaven. His three-year ministry made the transition from the Mosaic "letter of the law" which forbade murder and adultery to the new "spirit of the law" which prohibits even anger and looking with lust (Matthew chapter 5).
Condoms promote the spirit of lust that brings death and destruction. It is the spirit of anti-Christ. Catholics should concern themselves with promoting the Kingdom of Heaven and eternal happiness, by handing out rosaries, Bibles --- with stress on the Gospels --- and prayers books. Its is truly the win-win choice.
