Communication with Visitors

Spirit of the Living God, fall afresh on us!

October 1 (P.S. Oct. 12, 13, 20, 21, 26, 28)

Dear sisters and brothers in Christ:

How are you? It is nice communicating with you again. We are blessed with many great feasts this month, such as on Oct. 1 (St. Thérèse of Lisieux; click here for further information), Oct. 2 (Guardian Angels; click here for further information), Oct. 4 (St. Francis of Assisi; click here for further information), and Oct. 7 (Our Lady of the Rosary; click here for further information), etc.

Regarding the recent dispute of Beijing over the canonization of the 120 Chinese martyrs, the following can be said:

Today, on which three important occasions wonderfully converge, i.e., the national birthday of China, the feast of St. Thérèse of Lisieux --- Patroness of universal missions, and the closing ceremony of the Summer Olympics in Sydney, China has a lot to celebrate. Certainly, on this very birthday of hers, this country has scored many gold medals, both on earth and in Heaven! To be exact, China should be very happy that she has just won a total of 28 Olympics gold medals, and another 120 awesome ones in Heaven, i.e., there are 120 Chinese martyrs being canonized on this day. As having somebody being a Servant of God may be compared to having a bronze medal, and being a Blessed a silver, being a Saint is indeed a gold.

This is the very first time this nation is being honoured with her own native-born Saints, with as many as 87 of them (while 33 others were foreign missionaries). "The event is a great honour for the Chinese people and a great encouragement for the Church in China, " said the 77-year-old Cardinal Paul Shan Kuo-his, bishop of Kaohsiung. Sadly, while the earthly gold medals have made countless people there indescribably exuberant for the last two weeks, the unsurpassed ones gained in Heaven have not been properly appreciated by many. Nevertheless, let us be completely patient for God is not finished with them yet. When they have spiritually grown out of their present atheistic materialism, they would surely begin to sing Alleluia without end, together with the whole Family of God in Heaven and on earth.

Today most Canadians also mourn over the death of the former Prime Minister of Canada, the Rt. Honourable Mr. Pierre Elliott Trudeau (1919-2000) who passed away a few days ago on September 28. Despite his moral liberalism, etc., he was a philosopher king, a charismatic giant, a heroic advocate for multiculturalism, and, simultaneously, perhaps the greatest patriot in recent Canadian politics. The current Prime Minister Mr. John Chretien comments: "Pierre, you made us young. You made you proud. You made us dream. Thank you!" Let us pray that the dear soul of our former Prime Minister would now truly rest in the very love, peace and mercy of God. Amen.

May the Most Holy Trinity and Its whole Family of Holy Angels and Saints continue to be with us always!

Yours sincerely in the Divine Heavenly Family,

Editor

Sometimes being an administrator and being a researcher do not seem to match very well. While the editor as a researcher seems to have gained great insights in his study (e.g., the discoveries that his thought pattern and Theology of Energy are by nature very much Platonist and hence Augustinian regarding Platonic Forms or Ideas), he has committed two big oversights over this website. He has been a few months too late (a) to handle the e-mail address faith@eucharist.org and (b) to transfer the June message of this year to the archives of this site. Both are hence lost. Fortunately, we still have faith@interlog.com and that the editor still remembers more or less the June message (and would try to integrate it with our future messages here in Communication). Nonetheless, he is quite sorry and would like to express his deep apology to our readers. Please forgive him. Coincidentally, that may explain well why a priest-friend had to take a complete leave of absence recently from his parish ministry, so that he could stay very focused and complete his doctoral thesis.

Thank you.

P.S. Oct. 13

Today we remember Our Lady of Fatima. It was on Oct. 13, 1917 that Our Heavenly Mother appeared [consecutively on the 13th of the month for the 6th or] the last time to the children.

While a war of untold proportions can explode any time now in the Middle East after the world has tried practically every possible peace plan without much progress, how can we not bring up the Peace Plan from Heaven as offered by Our Heavenly Madame Albright?

What would have happened to the world --- which includes certainly the Middle East --- over the past years since 1917, if most of us had taken her Peace Plan seriously? For information of this Peace Plan, click here.

Thank you. [By the way, we are of course very thankful to the whole Divine Heavenly Family, etc., on this Thanksgiving Monday, i.e., a few days ago on October 9, 2000.]

P.S. Oct. 20

However shaky, let us hope that the present peace plan in the Middle East would work. Should it not really work, we would, in retrospect, know where to turn to ---- i.e., the Peace Plan of Our Heavenly Mother. In that case, perhaps we should all start responding to her Plan now. It appears that no peace plan can really work and break through that kind of impasse unless it works in full along with hers.

P.S. Oct. 21

Apparently, there is an indescribable difference between the way we ordinarily would pray and the way God and His Ambassadress for Peace want us to pray for peace. Otherwise, God would not have sent her to us. What would happen if most of us continue to ignore, belittle, despise, minimize, or explain away God's Peace Plan for the world?

Imagine, if Our All-knowing God had a very urgent and specific Peace Plan for us today, how would the Lord have revealed to us? Through the TV? The Radio? The internet? The newspaper? The Bible? The Pope? The Church? Or through God's own trustworthy Peace Ambassadress in whom God is fully alive, just as President Clinton would send his own ambassadress Madame Albright and even come alone with her? Indeed, the TV, the radio, the internet, the newspaper, the Bible, the Pope, and the Church, etc., are there only to confirm or reaffirm such a revelation at Fatima.

Let us pray that all Catholics and non-Catholics would soon get the Fatima message which is not only just for Catholic ladies and clergy, or the people in 1917, but also for all people today and tomorrow, as long as there are people sinning seriously against God and against one another. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and always!

P.S. Oct. 26 To avoid unnecessary misunderstanding, two points must be made clear. First, though some strong language has been used above for the best intentions, let us reaffirm that all people on earth --including certainly our dear visitors --- are our sisters and brothers in Christ. "For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers … of this present darkness." (Eph 5:12) In fact, our only enemies are the enemies of the Most Holy Trinity and the whole Family of Holy Angels and Saints, i.e., the evil spirits who want nothing but utter destruction of our whole soul, body, mind, family, friendship, community, property, etc. and then, unspeakably worse still, want us to spend the rest of eternity with them in Hell. On the other hand, the whole Divine Heavenly Family want the exact opposite, i.e., the best, for us both on earth and in Heaven. Alleluia!

Another thing is that the editor did not lose the former e-mail address directly. The dear brother who was to handle it forgot and the editor forgot to check it back only until recently. But it was his own oversight to have lost the June message after three months having been away from handling that particular section of the website.

Anyway, may the whole Divine Heavenly Family protect and bless us all, now, always, and forever! Imagine, if we had not been protected and blessed, we would have made a lot more mistakes. Alleluia!

There is also a good news to share. Rev. Prof. Michael Lapierre, one of the two advisors of Grace Institute of the Holy Eucharist, is going to help do this column, i.e., Communications with Visitors. He will start in November, while the present editor will alternate with him in December and so on.

Thank you.

P.S. Oct. 28 The editor would like to thank Fr. Michael Lapierre, S. J., for his interest and contribution for the present column. He was first approached almost two years ago. Alleluia!
