April 9/ Easter Monday (*updated on April 16)

Happy Easter! The Lord Jesus is resurrected! Alleluia! Alleluia!

Where is, then, the Lord?

Well, there may be three answers: 1) in Heaven; 2) in the Blessed Sacrament; 3) everywhere as the Resurrected Esse (Existence) Christ. As some modern physicists believe that the universe itself has at least 11 dimensions, there are, one may say, three major omnipresent layers of reality everywhere. The deepest layer is the Uncreated Omnipresence of God the Uncreated Esse which may be expressed as the Uncreated Omnipresent Light or Energy. The surface layer is the created omnipresence of creation which may be expressed as the omnipresent created energy or energies. The mediating layer, i.e., between the Uncreated Omnipresence and the created omnipresence is the Uncreated-created Omnipresence of Christ or the Resurrected Esse-esse Christ which may be expressed as the omnipresent Light-light or the omnipresent Energy-energy. Yet, this mediating layer of reality is fully present in the Holy Eucharist also.

The process of salvation, hence, may be seen as the process of emergence of the Omnipresence of the Resurrected Esse Christ. In other words, Christ's present Omnipresence needs to be activated, for example, through daily prayers, practice of virtues, good works, etc., in particular through activation of Christ's Real Presence in the Blessed Sacrament. Hence, each Holy Mass, Holy Communion, Holy Hour or holy visit to the Eucharistic Christ is an incredible noble attempt of Heavenization, personally, socially, universally*or transcosmically, etc. Apparently, when the Omnipresence Light-light or Energy-energy is fully activated, the whole existence would be Heaven or Heavenized, except for those beings (or energy-beings) which are forever un-divinized or un-divinizable (un-Energized or un-Energizable by the omnipresent Resurrected Esse Christ). Obviously, it is the omnipresent un-Christ-like energies which keep preventing the increasing emergence or activation of the omnipresent Resurrected Esse Christ. May the omnipresent Resurrected Esse Christ --- the omnipresent Living Heaven Itself who can't wait to fill us with all the heavenly perfections, therefore, be increasingly emerging, even forever present, to the omnipresent created energies!

In any case, this is only a quick sharing. If one would like a little taste or experience of the presence of the omnipresent Resurrected Esse Christ, such a taste is usually given freely to devoted Christians during the first week after Easter Sunday. After that, one may usually need to ask God for a deep transforming prayer of the Resurrected Esse Christ's omnipresence or omnipresent nature. According to St. Thomas Aquinas, God and God's nature are of the same thing. "God is the same as His essence or nature." (S. Th., 1, q. 3, a. 3)

As a gentle reminder, Novena of Divine Mercy is still on, until Sunday April 15. Praise be to the Holy Spirit.

Apparently, the Resurrected Jesus can give boundless faith, hope and love to anyone, even to a seemingly impossible case like the handicapped gentleman in this video. Glory be to the Almighty God!

Renewing Heaven: One may ask: "Where is Heaven now?" Apparently, God --- being the true Omnipresent Heaven, the Omnipresent Uncreated Heaven, or the Omnipresent Living Heaven --- is existing as the absolute Ground of all existence and, therefore, being the deepest layer of all reality everywhere, awaiting also our in-depth discovery and joyful participation everywhere, in and through the Omnipresent Resurrected Esse Christ who may be described as the Omnipresent Uncreated-Created Living Heaven.

At the same time, there is also the Heaven of the Most Holy Trinity and Its whole Family of Holy Angels and Saints in some far-away living place in our universe, waiting eagerly for their Heaven to include the rest of the whole universe, except for those beings which are forever un-divinized or un-divinizable.

Hence, our earthly prayers and efforts of Heavenization --- in particular evangelical and Eucharistic --- are immensely appreciated by as many as twelve immensely Happy Radiating Living Heavens, i.e.,

(1) God the immensely Happy Radiating Omnipresent Living Uncreated Heaven;

(2) Christ the immensely Happy Radiating Omnipresent Uncreated-Created Living Heaven;

(3) the immensely Happy Radiating Living Heaven of the Most Holy Trinity and Its whole Family of Holy Angels and Saints;

(4) the immensely Happy Radiating infinite Living Uncreated-Created Eucharistic Heaven transradiated ceaselessly by Jesus living in the Blessed Sacrament;

(5) the immensely Happy Radiating Living Heaven of the future Saints in Heaven;

(6) the immensely Happy Radiating Living Heaven of the Most Holy Trinity in the Blessed Sacrament;

(7) the immensely Happy Radiating Living Heaven of the visiting Holy Angels and Saints on earth;

(8) the immensely Happy Radiating Living Heaven of the Holy Guardian Angels on earth;

(9) the immensely Happy Radiating Living Heaven sought after unknowingly by virtuous non-believers;

(10) the immensely Happy Radiating Living Heaven anticipated fervently by the holy souls in Purgatory;

(11) the immensely Happy Radiating Living Heaven needed desperately by souls living blindly in deadly sins and diabolic darkness;

(12) the immensely Happy Radiating Living Heaven growing daily among the faithful followers of Christ.

An explanation may be needed for (11) as follows:  Since God and God's nature (or essence) are exactly the same (cf. Summa Theologiae, 1, q. 3, a. 3), one can safely say that the omnipresent God and His omnipresent nature are everywhere in all existence, infinitely permeating the whole creation and every person without exception. In other words, each person everywhere in the deepest realm of his or her spirit, soul and body is already immensely filled with God and God's infinite happiness, wisdom, peace, love, etc., ceaselessly so.

No wonder each individual is born with a deep innate unceasing desire to be looking for to be filled with God and His infinite happy and virtuous nature. What prevents a person to really get in touch with God and His nature is un-Godly energy or nature. That is why souls living blindly in deadly sins and diabolic darkness cannot be really filled with God and His nature.

In other words,  souls living in sins are unceasingly looking for God and His infinitely happiness in diabolic darkness, i.e., in the wrong directions, through the wrong means (like uncontrollable gambling, drinking, drug-taking, partying, cruising, and other forms of un-Godly pleasures). Yet, their hearts remain chaotic and empty. In fact, St. Augustine reminds us that a human heart is forever restless until it rests in God. Therefore, souls living in darkness need to be prayed for, evangelized, and brought to light to the right path, since God the immensely Happy Radiating Living Heaven is just within them, closer to them than they could ever imagine, just as St. Augustine has said also. The Lord Jesus says at the same time that the truth will set a person free and make him or her truly happy. (The above is copyrighted.)

Alleluia! Alleluia! Praise be to the Holy Spirit!

As the writer is now fully engaged in writing, not much sharing may occur in the next few months unless he feels the Holy Spirit really insists on a particular sharing.  By the way, the video is sent by Mrs. Margaret SHU on Easter Tuesday. *This column used to be entitled "Current". It was so since the front page was designed with old technology. With "Current" the front page did not have to be renamed every year for this column. Now that the front page is re-designed with new technology, it is renamed "2012". While the old technology would take 30 to 60 minutes to just add an item, the new one takes about 1 minute. Feb. 22/ From Ash Wednesday (Feb. 22) to Resurrection Sunday (April 8)

Ash Wednesday may be seen as a two-part process leading to a little foretaste of our resurrected life in Heaven.

Part I: The act of putting ashes on our head is a symbol of our human fragility and mortality, as well as the need of repentance, penance and purification through God's merciful redemption. As the Bible reveals to us: "And the people of Nineveh believed in God; they proclaimed a fast, and everyone, great and small, put on sackcloth. When the news reached the king of Nineveh, he rose from his throne, removed his robe, covered himself with sackcloth, and sat in ashes." (Jonah 3:5-6) As the Bible and many true prophets tell us, without appropriate repentance, each person on earth, without exception, has to face before the all-just God the real possibility of falling into Hell forever. Apparently, the most important prayer on earth is the prayer of repentance, as a vital part of Our Lord's Prayer.

As the priest in the video above witnesses, apparently he had no chance to make the prayer of repentance at the end of his life, before seeing the Lord for his personal Final Judgment. Hence, it may be important for a prudent Christian or any person to say some simple yet genuine form of prayer of repentance daily, if possible. "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He who is faithful and just will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1Jn 1:8-9) Our Heavenly Mother, pray for us! St. Joseph, Patron of a Happy Death, pray for us!

As we celebrate the Feast of Annunciation on March 26, it may be important to know that Christ the Emmanuel (God with us) began His Real Presence on earth within His Mother's womb, ending or finding His greatest self-giving fulfillment (before His Second Coming) within the Blessed Sacrament. According to Letters to a Brother Priest co-authored by Rev. Vincent Martin Lucia and Rev. Msgr. Josefino Ramirez: "The greatest priest who ever lived would give the same homily every time, over and over, and it was just two lines. St. John Vianney would tell the people every Sunday: 'If you only knew how much  Jesus loves you in the Blessed Sacrament, you would die of happiness.' Then pointing to the Tabernacle he would say 'Jesus is REALLY THERE.'"  (p. 20)

As we enter the Holy Week, it may be crucial for Christians to contemplate on the Stations of the Cross which Christ has gone through for the whole humankind. Meanwhile, the Holy Scriptures reminds us that if the world persecutes Christ the Head of the Church, it will also persecute His Mystical Body the Church. Enclosed here is a most recent plea to pray for the Pope.

The following Triduum is sent in in time. May the Holy Spirit give us a truly holy and prayerful Triduum! Praise be to the Holy Spirit!

By the way, the Novena of Divine Mercy begins on Good Friday. It is an immense blessing through the Lord's Divine Mercy

Part II: As a result of our purification, whether or not it is before the Resurrection Sunday, we would be able to let God's omnipresent Light or Divine Uncreated Energy more or less shine through us "like stars in the world" (Phil 2:15). Didn't the Lord say: "You are the light of the world. Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in Heaven" (Mt 5:14,16)?

Apparently, if we do not purify ourselves properly, for example through prayers, Sacraments and penance, etc., we would be unable to let God's omnipresent Light shine through us even after the Resurrection Sunday. Instead, we would continue to radiate or spread to others and our environment all kinds of energies which are not from God. As nobody is 100% pure or purified on earth and that we tend to radiate whatever energies we carry, it is important that we keep on purifying or sanctifying ourselves on a daily, even on a moment-to-moment basis. Whether we like it or not, know it or not, countless rays of varying energies are penetrating our spirit-mind-body being ceaselessly. As soon as we are purified, other not-so-pure energies are homing in on us. This is why the Bible tells us to "pray without ceasing" (1Thess 5:17), at least with our will (according to St. Augustine). Prayer, therefore, is an effective way to retain or activate good energies and to be purified or sanctified from evil energies. This process has to continue on. In this way of practicing spiritual ecology, we would become more and more a shining image of God the Uncreated Light. For an analogical view of how God's omnipresent Light might shine forth from a purified soul or temple of the Holy Spirit, click here.

Some may echo: "If life in Heaven is so beautiful, I definitely want to go there." Indescribably more magnificent than the London fireworks 2012, the Bible reveals to us that "what no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the human heart conceived, what God has prepared for those who love Him." (1Cor 2:9) In other words, a little foretaste of Heaven is a little foretaste of Heaven. There is absolutely no comparison between life on earth and life in Heaven. *

Nevertheless, because Jesus has risen, the Heavenly Jerusalem is now possible for the whole humankind, beginning even to a significant extent on earth! Thank you, Lord Jesus, so very much! Praise be to the Holy Spirit!

[As seen above, "Communication" has been adjusted to "Communication of Faith". Thus, it becomes clear what this column is all above, i.e., faith, in particular that the Church plans to enter the Year of Faith. At the same time, "From Ash Wednesday to Resurrection Sunday" also appears above. In this way, the author may insert an addition or two during this period if time allows. A grateful word is due to Mr. POON Si Chew for the website address as regards the London Fireworks 2012. Another grateful word is due to Mr. PC for the file on Hell. Also a thankful word is due to Ms. Michelle WU for the book entitled Letter to a Brother Priest. *Further, while the Stations of the Cross is due to Mr. POON Si Chew, a special plea to pray for the Pope as well as the power-point on the Triduum are shared by Mrs. Margaret SHU.]

Feb. 11/ Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes

As we know, there are only two Immaculate Conceptions in human history, those of Our Lord Jesus and Our Heavenly Mother. Apparently, God desires to take St. Bernadette's life as an incredible showcase that it is through the two Immaculate Conceptions that she --- as well as the whole humanity --- are to be made immaculate and incorruptible with respect to our souls and bodies. One may, therefore, say that the history of salvation is a process of immaculatization and incorruptization of the whole humankind. In this way, with our co-operation, we may be in the company of the Most Holy Trinity and Its Holy Angels and Saints, forever and ever in Heaven, beginning to a significant extent even on earth. For further information on St. Bernadette's incorruptible body, click here. Alleluia! Alleluia!

Today is also the World Day of the Sick established by Pope John Paul II on May 13, 1992. Beginning on February 11, 1993, it is celebrated every year on this feast for all believers seeking a special time of prayer and sharing, of offering one's redemptive suffering to God for others. Without doubt, it is vital to pray for the sick. As we know, when a person is sick, he or she may find it difficult to pray. May the shining example of St. Bernadette be a great comfort to these brothers and sisters!

February 2 Feast of the Presentation of the Lord in the Temple

Today the Church celebrates the feast in which Jesus was presented to the temple by His Mother. Temple, as we know, has at least four meanings: (1) the Church as a temple; (2) our body as a temple of the Holy Spirit; (3) the cosmos as a temple of the omnipresent God; (4) God as a Temple ("I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb." (Rev 21:22)

For this reason, one may say that Our Lady has presented the Temple (God the Lamb) to the Church, our body (in the reception of the Holy Eucharist), and even the cosmos. Hence, among others, the Mother of God is also called the Mother of the Church, the Mother of the Holy Eucharist, as well as the Queen of the cosmos. Alleluia! Alleluia!

January 1, 2012 Feast day of the Mother of God (the Theotokos)

Happy New Year! Here, we would like to wish every one of our dear readers a great blessing in Christ and Our Heavenly Mother during 2012! Through the ever faithful and ever powerful intercession of the Mother of God, may the Lord bless you and keep you! May the Lord make His face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you! May the Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace! (Num 6:24-26) May the whole Divine Heavenly Family, i.e., the Most Holy Trinity and Its whole Family of Saints and Holy Angels, be always with you also!

As we know, there are three perfect families in Heaven and on earth, i.e., the Uncreated Family of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit; the Divine Heavenly Family as mentioned; and the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph (whose feast day is celebrated annually on Dec. 30). These three perfect families, as such, are intrinsically connected with the process of salvation which may be described as the process of Familization.

From eternity to eternity, this process of Familization is initiated by the Uncreated Family of the Most Holy Trinity who calls the whole family of Holy Angels as well as the entire human family to take on the timeless shining example of the Holy Family. In this way, all the Holy Angels and saintly humans would be most lovingly and intimately united with the Uncreated Family, increasingly participating in Its endless blessings and perfections. Ultimately, this whole process of Familization is fulfilled only in Heaven, i.e., in the Divine Heavenly Family, where such a perfect family party, union or re-union will be celebrated unceasingly in endless perfect love, joy, peace, happiness, etc., of the Most Holy Trinity, forever and ever.

Alleluia! Alleluia!

* After the prayerful Year of the Laity, let us continue to pray for the Mystical Body of Christ in anticipation of the coming Year of Faith (from Oct. 11, 2012 - Nov. 24, 2013), in particular for our beloved Benedict XVI. As we know, the Pope is the chief minister and representative of Christ and all second-Christs on earth committed to serving and blessing the People of God, as well as the whole world and all of creation, transradiantly! As we know from daily experience, the head affects the body unceasingly, and vice versa. What an awesome duty, then, it is to be praying for the Pope! For the blessing of all, let us pray frequently also for vocations.
